I make a guess that y_ini is the fastest, but Double-O-Files 2 is way fast too.

The fastest one is most likely the default one.

INI Parsers derive from the native file functions. They offer simplicity, which allows file manipulation to be easier.

Idk but for some reason i recomend u SII its well explained , way better than y_ini and dini ( no offence)
And its quiet fast
