I already pressed F7, reinstalled sa-mp and GTA, already did a lotta' things and didn't solve my problem. It's a new bug which started to happen when I installed 0.3d version but it's happening on 0.3c version too.

What is the video card that you are using?
Are you playing in windowed mode?
Did you try updating drivers?

It is necessary to update your video drivers so others can make of what is wrong with the chatbox.

Open "Run", the windows application(Windows Button + R for shortcut), enter "devmgmt.msc" and then click the "+" that is next to "Display adapters", that's your video card.

Hmmm , do yo u have any font mods?
If yes , uninstall them.
And also , what are your specs?

I don't have any font mods, and I'm not good with english so what's 'spec'?

Keep pressing F7 until the font goes to normal i think

Specs is the information about your computer.
Your GPU , CPU , Motherboard , OS and so on.
