These are the steps I took:
1) Downloaded the .NET Script Hook
2) Extract it to the GTA San Andreas Directory
3) Paste my mod to the scripts
4) Run the game
There have to be the console when ~ has been pressed and the mod. But there is no console and mod for me.
I have .NET Framework 3.5, Visual C++ Runtime 2008 and DirectX(Latest).
