and is there any good filterscript for /wine /beer /soda /blunt commands?

You could use the script in my sig to browse and create them, or just use advanced search. Search "animation" with threads that have the filterscript tag.

The SA-MP server package comes with a animation filterscript by default named actions.pwn.
