You have to edit a few setting in the irc filterscript ..

maybe the nick you defined for bot already exists on irc and the bot can't register?

When you run the samp-server.exe , does it says that You_Bot_Name connected to irc.example.com at #test channel and all these?

#Samp4Ever is your channel, and BotA & BotB are already registered bots. Change bots's names and server if you use another and the channel to the channel you have registered
