i used MTA and will convert it when finished.
1sc: Red Gang Spawn, Tec9, Health, Knife all 3second respawn, Barricaded Roof..
2sc: Green Gang Spawn, Uzi, Health, Bat all 3second respawn..
3sc: Black Mafia Spawn, AK74, Health, Katana all 3second respawn, outside Casino..
This should be used for a Gang-war or Gang-war Roleplay server with strictly allowance of weapons
1) what should be changed? interiors? Police? more gangs?
2) what gamemode should i use? theres like 500 roleplay and 1000 gangwar gamemodes...
3) and scripts i should be running??

Its your choice, if you want to make your server Gangwar then let it be gangwar. Almost every gangwar server are having gm in many ways.

the problem is..
i have seen gangwar servers where 100+ people join per hour just to kill people and leave wich have no personality, should be something more personal. maybe something to prevent less DM but still gangwar.

Add a small rp script in it like biz system, car shop.

I don't get the fact about why did you add those casino thingies in an open air gang hq or what ever you call it!
But other is nice...!

hehe First i tried to create a Casino interior there, but i failed to get how to make teleports, so i made an open-air casino
