Scrolling/Changing text for hostname line in server.cfg - banner - 18.10.2011

hey guys, ive seen a few servers in the samp browser where the hostname changes/scrolls to show additional text, anyone able to tell me how to do it? Will it automatically scroll itself if there is alot of text in the hostname line? or is there some sort of tag or peice of coding i have to add to show more text.
