SECOND RELEASE TDM: IMPROVED - grantism - 14.10.2011

My very first release was HERE And it wasn't good at all.

After doing some work, with Roleplay servers, tearing apart scripts that have been made, looking at tutorials I have created a totally different script with the following features;

an Reg/Login System
     Admin system
     VIP system   
     My own Gun list Dialog and if you are a VIP you get a MINIGUN with 10k bullets
     Few commands and is very easy to add more for VIP/Admin only players
     Admin/VIP Chat only they can see it.
Please leave feedback regarding this script, I haven't worked very hard on it and it shows, yet again just a learning curve, and I think I have come a long way, this didn't take me very long so I guess thats another bonus.

How to get the Reg/Login system to work, goto your script files directory add a folder call it Users then run the .amx!

As i understand from text just a gamemode with 2 teams and guns.

Nothing special, and why the hell your still using dini include? it's fucking slow as a snail, use Y_ini it's faster then a horse and smooth as a bed.
