You cannot create a 'kill cam' but you can make the play spectate the killer for a bit.

May be possible, but very hard.
It could work if you use something similar to what is used to record NPC's , but I still don't think it's possible.

Just set player spectating and timer that will setplayercameralookat killer id pos
Its easy...maybe 50lines (all)
