i have dutils ! and i get this masg WHY?i give +rep to the one who will help meh!
C:\Documents and Settings\Fared\Desktop\SERVER\pawno\include\dini.i nc(24) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "dutils"

you need dutils.inc on your Include folder pawno/include/

Get the dutils.inc in your includes folder and then give it a run.
