HELP - SA-MP Mods - Gree - 02.10.2011

I re-installed my GTA.
but when i add like skin mods or a texture mod i can't see the mods.
They won't show up in game.
Does anyone know how to fix this ?
And my Alci's IMG Editor keeps getting errors at rebuilding archive
Something like - Alci's IMG Editor failed to entry data or something like that.

Make sure you replaced the skins exactly the same as the .dff and .txd files.

This Editor works fine.
Be sure that you name the .dff , .txd files the same in as the ones in the .img.
Example:
Replace example.txd with example.txd
Replace example2.dff with example2.dff
