Premium? How about using the search function. Honestly, there isn't really a good tutorial how to create those. Start getting a login and register system. And I can help you.

Start with saying what kind of save system you are having. Y_INI, DINI, MySQL. More information?

You wont learn anything by just examining an script as a complete noob you won't know what for example #undef MAX_PLAYERS means. and it would not make sense at all.

Read the wiki tutorials, that's the only thing i would suggest. Then later on take Berlovan's advice and examine scripts.
