What do you mean ? Make your own with a Map Editor ?
You can also choose one from the map directory on the forums. There's a lot available ...

i mean, when i download a MAP from the forum how i gonna add it to my server ??

Add it to the filterscripts (It's generally a filterscript)

You can also use (when In-game) the /rcon loadfs (the file name) You need to be logged in as an RCON admin, and don't forget to put the map files in the filterscripts folder. (Re-compile them if already compiled to prevent errors)

Search here --> http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=64 for maps or make one with MTA.
Open the .map file and copy all in it. Then convert them here --> http://www.convertffs.com/ besides on what you use.
