Pawno 4.0.4548 version released on compuphase site (01-Agu-2011) ... please , check sa-mp team...
be put into the sa-mp / adapted ?
sa-mp pawno version = 3.2.3664
new version = 4.0.4548 (new functions ?)

I don't think it will be updated, because the current version of pawn is a special version, just for sa:mp.
(correct me if i am wrong)

The compiler is somewhat adjusted at some point by ****** as far as I know. It would be cool to have a newer version of PAWN since there are some changes in 4.0 that I like very much, also some extra functions from >3.2. However I doubt it'll happen, it would require many many scripts to be changed and would cause one hell of a mess.

It was said before - it won't happen because new PAWN doesn't have "enum" statement anymore, which will break all the existing scripts that uses it
