What do you look for in a TDM server? - Detective- - 28.09.2011

I'm starting my own TDM server, or well, started, and my scripter is scripting his version and such, and for future reference I would like to know, what people look for in a TDM server, I'm trying to gather some ideas so then I can use those ideas from the public (you) to get people into my server.
