BUG x( - PowerMix - 28.09.2011

So I have the next bug:
When I'm on my server with someone and he moves I see him on freeze.Idem whith me, when I move He sees me on freeze.

I tried to search and solve the BUG, but I don't find anything...

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM GUYS
