No, search in the gamemode section or hire a scripter if you can't script.

Hire a scripter. :P Theres a few out there with pretty low Prices.

Then learn to script. You will come alot further when you script your own GM.

Why starting a Roleplay Gamemode if you can't even script? Start with something easy like a TDM or FUN gamemode. Just to learn.
