Uninstall all your mods , that includes the radar mod and some hacks , if you got any...this problem occurs if you are having a lot of mods/hax

It seems to happen sometimes while you teleport. I had the same problem when people were sent to jail (either via command or via the script). It happened to all players. I changed some stuff around and the problem was gone, but sadly enough I can't remember what I changed.

Isn't hack. It happens in many servers.
This happened to me when I drove faster with speedboost on water. And you just stuck there. But if you tele is ok.

lol it happens sometimes just install your gta sa again or remove all the mods you are havinG!

I've tried to connect without mods/hacks It still like that..
