Hey so i've brought some shoutcast servers fro 0.3d.
However I want a PHP control panel for it on my website does anyone know a PHP SHoutCast Plugin or do they know of a exsisiting downloadable one?
Also for those who wanmt to know how to make this all legal get coverd by http://www.loudcity.net/ if you host doesnt cover you.

Do you want it to be like a DJ panel or just so you can start and stop the shoutcast server?

Well there is Radio DJ Panel and there is also a lot of Habbo DJ Panel's you can use. (With a few changes and it wont look like something from Habbo
)
