I have a problem with this IP
81.174.70.181:4444
because it doesnt work with all!
For example for me work, and for my friends doesnt work
(Hosted server)
My Friend:

is it home hosted or u bought the host like from serverffs?
If its a dedicated server then port forward if its not then ask on serverffs or ask here Dont be shy

port forward your home server and use No-ip for Dynamic and stable IP for your server
