All-Admin gamemode - Max_Coldheart - 24.09.2011

Features

• Everyone can try admin commands here (Good for having fun with LAN party)
• The commands are simple, and all of them are shown in /help
• Some custom mappings in Los Santos
• Lots of commands

Well, It just didn't turn out as well as I expected it to turn out, so I'm releasing it now. You may succeed in what I didn't.
