What do people look for in an Admin? -

Give me your input please of what you think would make a great Admin for a medium/heavy roleplaying server, just so I can get some tips and help other people out with this post.
Cheers

What..?
An admin should be:
• Responsible - They should set an example to players on how to behave and follow the rules at all times.
• Mature - they shouldn't act like a 5 year old, kicking people that 'annoy' them for example.
• Experienced - it helps if they have experience. If it's their first time being an admin they may feel 'worried' to kick/ban people, but let them know it's what they do.
• Helpful - They should ALWAYS help new players.
• Committed - They should be committed to the job. They should want to be an admin to help the server, not for the power.
• Respectful - They should respect higher level staff and of course the owner.
• Fluent Language - It's no good having an admin that doesn't understand what 'How do you earn money?' means.
• Informed - No good having an admin that doesn't know all the commands. This one down to you to inform them.
Wow, I never planned on writing that much...

I'm talking about from a players view towards an admin, what they would want from an admin, not just rules and commands.

He's talking about the qualities of an admin, not an admin system.

Yes, thank-you, got any good qualities of what I am asking about? Just so I can teach myself and my administration team to create a better future for my server.

Willing to help , and not to punish.
Realise that admin job and e-friendship should not be mixed.
Not power abuser, not bradishing about his admin status.
His job is to make the players' lives easier.
