Well, I have been having this weird thing happen to me, Sometimes peoples little pictures below their level aren't showing, I refresh, They are still missing, One member is "fie" he or she always has it bugged for me on my computers. I don't know why. Anyway, Here is an example.
Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks.

Maybe they been banned before and it's not resetting? I don't think they can disable that through the UCP
