Ive never used TS3 or ventrilo either but..

Is teamspeak 3 easy to use?
What about setting it up for your server? For say police? Is this easy too?
Where is a good place to get a teamspeak server?

Well teamspeak is easy its not hard to set your server up I suggest this to buy a teamspeak server cheap and reliable : http://www.bargainvoice.com/teamspeak3.php and yes teamspeak 3 is easy to use so yeah You should get one I host mine on my own vps its good Well to get the cheapest its better to buy a vps a cheap one and host your ts3 server on it thats the most cheapest way
