What would you do incase someone would steal your server logo & edit it ?
I know it's sort of a stupid question to ask, but what shall I do ?

That's the most pathetic thing you can do... You can just go and rage at em and get a forum ban, nothing else...

ps. IF ya copyrighted it, you can sure sue them....

Next time on the logo, copyright it and put your name on it. That way something like this won't happen, and if it does you can end up suing them if you really wanted to waste time with a lawyer and in a courtroom. Not to mention the people that probably stole it might be in a different country than you.

Well, I have written my name, but they earsed it, atleast people will now how lame that server owner is, stealing a logo...
