delux host is shit, so many things not working and waste of money.
volt same thing.

yeah kingj is a hassle but its better using FTP access.

I do not recommend ServerFFS (anymore), unless you want no support whatsoever. No tickets, no email, no forum, nothing.

I have tried volt and kingj and they work but one problem exists, that the script keeps on saying unknown already have a thread up for it.
