Hello, i want ask if i can connect my HD 6870 on my 20" monitor (1280x1024). On this monitor i can connect only the VGA cable and the HD 6870 has only HDMI and 2 DVI connections. How do i?

Search on ebay they have kinda good prices well estimated 11euros or more i really dont know but anyway you just have to find out

I got this for free with my graphics card, I think thats a standard with nVidia, you might want to check if ATI does the same.
