I said that, with some items of 0.3c on mta, if I walk away just disappear like I fix this?

I had a same problem, thats why im not using mta any more, you should try JernejL's object editor

its ur mta problem
i had that with my 1st mta with 0.3c objects
i downloaded one and now its fine :P
