Help with House System - ServerScripter - 18.09.2011

Hi , i want to create a Simple Buyable House , (Cost+should be in the checkpoint to but it +saving his Name )
And i have no Idea , is there a Tutorial how to make it ? (i want a simple tutorial to understand it , i don't want a Ready code )
