hello just wondering how to open streamer.DLL file from plugins i know its summin c++ but duno where to find or download it.... so please if you know how tell me

The .dll does not contain the source code of the plugin. The source would be contained in the .cpp and .h files of the plugin. Where to download the source depends on the plugin, and can be found in the download section of that plugin's thread.
