None, both of these are just an upgrade to their previous games.

If you are saying that the Grand theft auto series is the same as the Call of duty one than you are terribly wrong.
The whole point of the Grand theft auto series is the single player, the multi player is just a bonus added to the latest games. And as far as story telling and mission design go: the series hits it every time.
Call of duty focuses on the multiplayer, buying a Call of duty game for the single player is like buying a television for the remote. And other than new weapons and new maps and other side features not much is being added to the multiplayer.
