confused about buying win 7 -

Yeah so I guess I'm a little confused with the "upgrades" and stuff. I just want to buy the full version of Windows 7 because I'm building a computer.

Is that the correct version of what I should be buying? I always thought Win7 was much more expensive.

win7SP1 is what i am using so i am guessing its the correct one.
But if i were you i would just buy it from a store, that way the salesman can answer all of your questions.

You can get really good deals if you buy it on newegg or tigerdirect though. But thank you.

That's the normal price for Professional version. Ultimate is more.

It's pretty much the same as Ultimate or Home, you just get a few extra things that don't really matter.

The reason why it is cheaper is because it is a OEM version.

I find them all the same in performance for some reason... I am currently using Home Premium, as it was cheap and it isn't much of a difference between the versions anyway.
@trolled you madd: yes, buy it. It's a pretty good price. It's much more expensive around here in Croatia.
