Hi
Im really needing help setting up my SAMP server on my Dell Workstation 65 running Windows Server 2003, I hope someone could help me ive looked on wiki at SA-MP but its not working
Can somebody either connect to my teamviewer or help me out in some way

1.Does your Dell Workstation 65 Windows Server Your Main computer or just the one you want to run your server off of?
2.Do you have a router

You can't host a server from your house unless you bought a business package from your internet / cable provider.

You tried it before? If you don't pay for a business package and your internet service provider finds out that your hosting a server and allowing people into your network they will terminate your internet or charge you outrageous fees.

yes DSL is plugged in to the back of the computer and to the router, Im in the UK they dont mind if other people connect I have already contacted about the internet side of it
