Is it possible to script a fs so when you register to get your ip and if you register above then 2 times to show a block message that you can't make another acc?

The thing is if i make it to read account files it will not recognise if the ip of the player has 2 accounts

so you want if ANY IP address has 1 account on your server and if he changes his name and tryes to make another account he would NOT be allowed.
is that what you mean ?

create a file which you will save all the IP's from the users that register
then every single time a new member joins get his ip and then see if his IP matches any of the IP's in that file
in that way you can see if he is registered i will show an Example in a minute.

I wouldn't recommend you to do that. Many players have dynamic IP and it will be useless. Also if you bind accounts with IPs they won't be able to connect to their usual accounts as well. It's going to be a big mess.

Just use LuxAdmin system its a nice system for admin and for register login script( Ellhnas ise re?)
