Allow up to 10 or more minutes for it to show; It won't find it immediately when you launch the server

If i have announce 1,il automatically have my server on Internet tab after 10mins,

Change your announce 1, start the server, wait 10 minutes, then use http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ and check it out.

If you are using 0.3d, it wont show up on internet list yet.
