So im making a command to dynamically create a neon object, Whats the co-ordinates to spawn in vertical instead of horizontal, By default without rotation it spawns like a straight horizontal line, I want to make it a 3d beam

Or can u just explain me rotation x,y,z? in what direction they rotate

Imagine you put a hotdog on a round plate and rotate it, that's Z Rotation.
For rotation X, Imagine you point a pencil towards someone you are looking at, then rotate the pencil towards your feet.
And for rotation Y, it's just 90 degree left or right from X.
These are just examples to explain vehicle xyz rot for attaching objects.
It takes some time and experience to understand 3D World..
