hello i made a server and i have every thing done but when i go to http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ and chacke it if its online it is not so i need your help my server ip is:-78.150.39.120:7777

I think you have to port forward

disable all firewalls and show us your server.cfg
also the server doesnt show up quickly after you opened it
it takes some time to show
do http://typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/ 5 mins after you started server too see if its online
