Server Restarter - DRIFT_HUNTER - 06.09.2011

Is it possible to call some bat file from samp server via pawn? (No plugins)
I want to make a fast server restarter for my server.
My idea is to add crash detect on GameModeExit and if its true than i will call a bat file that will start server again and if server crash is false than bat file will not be called... Is these possible?

i made this application where you can Start/Stop/Restart etc. your samp server
and i made it so you can check a checkbox called "AutoRestart" and what that does is when your server crashes
it detects that the samp-server.exe is closed and then it starts it up again
so it is possible to do it through a app.

and the applications is called M-Control Panel
