Oh yeah Prolbem is such a great word xDD // Okay if samp reinstall doesnt help you have to reinstall you gta, or download a new gta3.img and replace it.

This is 100% Garunteed to Work
1. Go to your C drive
2. Find your GTA San Andreas User Files
3. Delete gta_sa.set
Thats the settings for your GTA and if you delete that it will stop the crashing.

Hello

Check mods you use they might cause the problem.
Try joining other servers check if same problem happening.

Re-Install gta try to install in different folder
