Ok, can someone tell me if there is a way to host a samp server with out opening a port, using hamachi, or paying for hosting. I would really like it if there is something like that...

To host Local(on your computer)you need to forward ports.

If you have money to spend,then you can get a host like Kingj,Volt,etc...

How the hell are you supposed to run a server without wanting to use Hamachi, or Port forwarding, or paying for a host ?, you can pay for a vps/dedi, there's no other way.

Becouse he probably doesnt know how to forward ports,or its rapping his neighbour Wi-FI and dont have access to the router ^^

Why don't you order hosting? It's so cheap nowadays. You can even pay over your mobile phone.
Your home hosting server will just lag, and players will go away.
