I'ma newbie to this. but I want to learn, my question is:
How do I make my server that this is approximately 5 teams, and try to capture territories and gain score, and that there is a count of ranks,?
How is the code to be / register <password> esque already do not saved anything?
If I did on my server administrator as I keep my stat as admin?
How he appends commands to my server?

Soy novato para esto. pero quiero aprender, mi duda es:
їComo realizo mi server que se trate de Aproximadamente 5 equipos, y se trate de capturar territorios y ganar score, y que exista un conteo de ranks,?
їComo es el codigo se /register <password> esque ya lo realice pero no se guarda nada?
їSi me hice administrator en mi server como me guardo mi stat como admin?
їComo le agrago comandos a mi server?

Best way to learn is by visiting SAMP wiki. Everything is displayed there. You can read on how to create a server and about all scripting functions. It's not that hard. Just takes some time.

Or Just Go to the SA-MP tutorials in the scripting discussion they explain everything to you in clear and if you dont understand then just put a post up and they ll help you instantly

Also there are many GameModes released over these Forums which has All what you asking for , Search for them then read wikis and make your own OR edit one from those (better make your own
)

Find out between gamemode's Open the pwn try to learn.
And the Register/Login System is another system long way if you just started.
Learn how to use params. And stuff first.
