This is my server 46.47.10.144:7777.
I did not use bots, I used bots for test.
-=Dark=- first understand with its head. You itself use 400 bots on its server 62.109.23.44:7777. and you not from london as defined in profile, you from russia
the question to administrations. As possible unbanned its server 46.47.10.144:7777? why block not having understood?

my server has blocked for use FAKE players.
But I their has only tried and did not be going to to use constantly.
Now my server is not seen in client in internet.
How I unbanned the server?

It doesn't matter if you've done it for 5 seconds or for 5 years, it's the fact that you did it period. Test or not, it's obviously against the rules which every server owner is held responsible for which resulted in your Server/IP being banned from SA-MP. It's kind of like hacking on someone's server and when banned, calling it a 'Test'...
However, I only share my opnion on the matter, perphaps the SA-MP Team will be more understanding although I seriously doubt it
Research: This was reported 23 hours before you started this thread & those bots must have been activated for at least 1 hour before discovered & banned. That's quite a time frame (Even if just 1 hour) to run a claimed 'Test'

I have understood that was not rights. Was Not a possibility to do the test server.
I have found the bots on one resource, has solved to try, and hear the reaction a player. The bots were uncared-for several days. Afterwards I their has deleted, they I do not need.
I did not know that for this punish.
Much want to return my server in client "internet"

The reason why you used out doesn't matter. What matters is that you broke a term of the sa-mp server agreements, which you automatically aged to when downloading and using the server package.
I see no reason why your sever should be unblocked.
