Biggest Problem - Salsa - 31.08.2011

I do everything in my server But 0.3c objects not showing help me i"m trying evertyhing from last 1 month can anyone help me Please

see i add this object on my mta map editor

and when i convert this object and add in my server it showing this object

I Download All packages but nothing heppends server Still not showing 0.3c objects

Just change the object id to 18750.
