Rp server SpeedGun - pliptm - 30.08.2011

recently i am stared to search speedgun for my roleplay server, but all i found was SpeedGun V2. But what i want is self updating(or something like this), that i don't need every time reaim. I searched all night long this but i didn't found it.
Can anybody write this to me or get this from somewhere..?

And this SpeedGun V2 is working only with closest vehicle, so if you are just behind your police car and want to get speed from speeder, then it will give 0 km/h or mph
