Just a quick question
Does anyone know if you can host 2 servers from the same computer at home?

Vps servers are better for run servers.
If you want a free host, try samp4free.net

Can't you afford a VPS ?, its the best for hosting multiple servers.. etc, But, make sure you buy one with 2 ip addresses included, instead of 1.

ok so i only need 2 different ports to host from the same computer

Yeah...Also remember to edit ports in server.cfg
