Server not responding, Trying to connect - natedogg - 29.08.2011

I have a problem since I got banned from a server, the next day I left a server that I was on then I tried getting back on it an hour later and it said 'Server didn't respond, Trying to connect.' I uninstalled San Andreas and SA:MP but it still won't work, Could anyone please help me out

Correction: "Triple", not "Double"

Does that happen in all server you enter?

It means that ur net might be at very less speed or under the minimum speed sa-mp needs or the server might not be online??
Does this happens in all the servers u play or one that u r making?
