Teams control - Setkus - 23.08.2011

Hey guys,
I want to ask for you about team control. I mean in green team plays three players and in blue team plays one player, so what i want is that one player of green team (when he spawns) that blue team text says blue team is full. Well, you mean what i get? So is it possible? sorry for my bad english. I'm Lithuanian
