Stunting server from scratch - uprp - 22.08.2011

I'm looking to start a Stunting server from scratch..

Any tutorials? appreciated, Want to use dcmd and strcmp.

If anyone can gimme a blank one with just the basics, wud love it, tried searching, but no help :S
