You place Streamer.dll (If Windows) or Streamer.so (If Linux) in the Plugins File, Then you open Server.cfg and you add "plugins streamer" (Without the ""), Then Copy the streamer.inc, Paste it in folder pawno > Include, Then open your .pwn and add under
