I made some codes for a new command but failed 20 times,
can some one help me with a command for admin lvl1337 and 1338

/restartserver

the server needs to restart but before there need to come a warning in you'r screen like with /announce
that's big message but yellow i want it red.
so like:

Server Is Restarting, We will be right back

and than after 60 sec it needs to restart the server so it updating my scriptfiles and map's

Would be nice
